About Interrobang

Interrobang (in-TAIR-oh-bang): A rarely-used punctuation mark which denotes an excited question. This is exactly what we want our range of jewellery to inspire: excited questions from your friends, coworkers and even complete strangers.

We develop our own modern, bold and unique jewellery designs in-house under the Interrobang label and are the sole distributors of our designs. All genuine Interrobang pieces are stamped with the Interrobang logo. We are committed to environmentally sustainable methods and sweatshop-free production. Our products are completely Australian-made and the business is 100% Australian-owned.

Interrobang also offers JewelCAD services to the jewellery industry, and will take commissions for custom pieces from the general public. Please see the Services page for more information.

Interrobang is run by brother and sister team Chris and Tania Walker in Brisbane, Australia. Chris is one of Australia's foremost JewelCAD draftsmen, and Tania has combined experience in graphic design, illustration and animation, including a stint at Walt Disney Animation Australia.

The idea for Interrobang sprang from our shared frustration with the range of fine jewellery available in typical outlets: a sea of mass-produced solitaire rings and copycat pendants. We both ached to wear truly original, attention-getting pieces that would also be comfortable, with an emphasis on quality materials and manufacture: our jewellery is strong enough to last a lifetime. Our inspiration lies in modern life, technology, and most importantly the stories old and new ingrained in every one of us.
